Fall Ceramics Art Classes for Kids

emerging: an exhibition of student artwork
"emerging" is DAC's annual exhibition of student artwork. The juried exhibition includes Best of Show awards in several categories and is on view through Sept. 24. For details, please click here.
Wine Tasting Fundraiser
Dublin Arts Council's Board invites you to a wine tasting fundraiser at DAC Fri., Sept. 17 from 6-10pm, featuring a presentation of fine wines from W.J. Deutsch & Sons with hors d'oeuvres provided by The Refectory. The evening includes an exclusive performance of Gravity's Ripple II. $50 per person. All proceeds benefit Dublin Arts Council. Celtic Corner
Dublin Arts Council’s (DAC) Gift Shop features a new “Celtic Corner” area offering Irish-themed and “uniquely Dublin” artwork by local and regional artists, including jewelry, stoneware, suncatchers, journals, notecards and pocket charms in pewter, leather, crystal, sterling and more. All purchases benefit the artists and DAC programs.
Bicentennial Public Artwork, Dublin, Ohio
Dublin Arts Council has announced the artist chosen by the Dublin Bicentennial Public Art Selection Committee to create and install a permanent, three-dimensional site-specific public artwork that will recognize and celebrate the 2010 Bicentennial of the City of Dublin, Ohio. The Bicentennial Public Artwork will be installed on the site of the historic Karrer Barn, a bank barn built in the late-1870s and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Artist Brower Hatcher is expected to submit his final design this summer. The design will be posted on the City of Dublin website, www.dublin.oh.us.
