The possibilities of glass as art, not just craft, are endless.

Or at least that is what Anthony Gelpi is out to prove, and he does so gorgeously in his latest Dublin Arts Council exhibit, “Transparency.”

The 37 works deftly showcase his status as a prolific studio artist. The Columbus artist started working with glass in 1996 and has since studied at stalwarts such as Pilchuck Glass School near Seattle and Scuola del Vetro Abate Zanetti in Murano, Italy.
