Movement Workshop with Perennial Movement Group

Dance with intention and creativity in this workshop facilitated by Perennial Movement Group!

Using set movement exercises and improvisational activities specifically designed for all ages and bodies, we will find strength, flexibility and creativity in a supportive community. With our bodies and choreographic tools, participants will be guided to describe and interpret the artwork in the Dublin Arts Council gallery. All class activities can be done seated or standing.

No prior dance experience is necessary, and all levels of ability are welcome. However, this workshop is for ages 13+.
